Welcome to Health Guru Boot Camp

For us, it has always been about helping women get the most out of life. We want to help women achieve their goals, have confidence, to be motivated to push through the barriers that hold them back from being their best self. Not to mention making sure they have the energy to keep up with their kids and get through their busy days.  

We are a movement of women who are passionate about life.  We know that by taking care of our health and fitness, we have the freedom to do whatever we choose - we do not have limitations placed upon us.  We surround ourselves with like-minded women because we know that we become like those we spend time with.  

We, at Health Guru Boot Camp, love what we do and really love working with our boot campers to achieve all their goals and dreams.  There is no better reward than seeing someone achieve a goal they initially didn't think was possible.   Even though we are all at different stages in life and fitness, we encourage and cheer each other on, motivating each camper to be their best.

We invite you to come and join our fun and fearless group of women.  So many great friendships have been formed through our boot camps and we would love to get to know you!
